Surrounded by a couple of mango and bamboo trees, our tiny home is the perfect place to celebrate small intimate gatherings, spend time with loved ones, or have a cozy night out with friends. Plus it is just within Metro Manila, North Caloocan to be exact, so you can still have the luxury of convenience. Our tiny home, Happy Canopy, is a perfect place for a quick weekend away from the city to relax or spend time with family and friends. There’s a welcoming nature when you walk in as our place is surrounded by trees. LOCATION We are about 20 minutes away from SM Fairview (North Caloocan) and can be reached via Grab if you want to order food CAPACITY Our tiny house can accommodate 6 pax comfortably. We can allow max of 9 pax but no additional beddings provided. There's an additional fee of 250 per pax in excess of 6 pax. INVITED GUESTS/VISITORS We can allow additional visitors to stay till 11:00PM for a fee of 150 per pax. But strictly no overnight and max capacity of the place is 12 pax including the ones staying overnight. BEDROOM One air-conditioned tiny house inspired room that has two queen size beds for 4 persons and we can set up an additional queen mattress for an extra 2 persons. Our place can accommodate 6 persons comfortably. There's a rustic semi outdoor kitchen, one full bath, and one half bath. We also have rustic tables and benches set up for a full outdoor experience. KITCHEN - Fully stainless kitchen counter for ease of use and cleaning - Complete set of utensils, plates, and mugs - Rice cooker - Water heater - Water filter (IVO) - Refrigerator - Induction Cooker - Microwave BATHROOM/TOILET - 1 full bath with shower heater, toilet bidet - 1 half bath with toilet bidet AMENITIES We have a portable chlorinated 4ft deep swimming pool that you can exclusively use. Please be responsible when you swim as we do not have a lifeguard on duty. Do not run, dive, jump to prevent accidents. Kindly refrain from bringing glasswares too as this might damage our portable pool. Also note that we clean/chlorinate the pool between 4am to 6am so the pool is unavailable at this time. - We also have a half basketball court with sports tiles for our guests to use freely - 20 mbps fiber internet is also available - Outdoor projector and videoke are available after 6:00pm once it gets dark for ideal visibility PARKING We have two free parking slots in front of the property STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED.
