Outside there is a lovely raised sun terrace, from which you can enjoy open views of the grazing pastures beyond. Due to the property's rural nature, the area is unaffected by light and industrial pollution, leaving intense dark skies for star gazing during the summer nights. Just ten minutes in the car, or a short journey on the light railway, is the wonderful coastal town of Wells-next-the Sea, where you can enjoy some crabbing off the quayside, discover the stunning sandy beach with its colourful beach huts and sample East Anglia's top fish and chip shops.
