Welcome to the beautiful foothills of the Alps! Bad Aibling is the ideal starting point for excursions to lakes and mountains. Lake Chiemsee and Lake Tegernsee are only 30 minutes away and if you want to go shopping, the beautiful city of Rosenheim is just a stone's throw away. Munich can be reached by car in just 45 minutes. You are in a prime location in Bad Aibling and can reach the Schönklinik in just 2 minutes by car. The train station with connections to Munich and Rosenheim, the thermal baths, the Triftbach and the Mangfall river can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The center with cafés, restaurants and stores can be reached after a 20-minute walk or in 5 minutes by car. You can start your day with delicious coffee from the Nespresso machine and enjoy the wonderful mountain view from one of the two balconies.
