Welcome to your dream beach escape. Nestled on the pristine shores of the Vietnam East Sea, this villa is not just accommodation; it is a private sanctuary designed for travelers on a quest of relaxing on a serene beach setting. Located right between Da Nang & Hoi An, this villa promises an experience that is both indulgent and authentically, Central Vietnam. Your stay here is more than just a holiday; it’s a sensory journey where every moment is a cherished memory in the making. This villa has 2 floors, with 400 sqm of living area. It has a parking space right in-front of the property, a garden, and a backyard area. All of the beautifully designed bedrooms consist of natural light, and ensuite baths, making it an ideal retreat spot for extended families, business colleagues, and groups of good friends. Each bedroom comes with its well-appointed bath amenities; charmingly hardwood floor designs; premium bedsheets, towels, linens, and blankets. The property also has a fully equipped central air conditioning system, portable ACs/fans, which is perfect for a hot summer day. The first level includes a kitchen, and spacious living and dining areas, offering amazing views of the private outdoor pool. The poolside deck and outside lounge suite provide a perfect place to relax with a book, or to gather for drinks in the evening. The second level consists of a master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the neighboring residences, and a glimpse of the gorgeous walking paths leading to the ocean.

• Our home is owned privately inside one of the most desirable and high-end neighborhoods in our beachside city called The Ocean Resort & Residences. The landscape area is mostly covered with green trees, carved on beautiful walk paths, with ocean breeze blowing into the residences.
• Since you are literally next door to 2 championship golf courses, it is most desirable for golf lovers to access tee time here! Let us know if you’re interested, and we can help you book a round, or two with your playing mates!
• This gated neighborhood is extremely peaceful, with security on-site 24/7 to ensure health and safety of all guests and residents in this area.
• If you need to get around the city, I would definitely recommend heading down to the lobby area, where a receptionist can help you hail a taxi, usually parked outside. The most common taxi companies here are MAI LINH, VINASUN, TIEN SA, DANANG TAXI, and/or SM XANH TAXI. You can expect to pay approximately VND 15k-20k/km around the city for taxi rides.
• Alternatively, you could also hail a GRAB (ride-sharing app) and call a car for your group as well. GRAB enables you to pay for rides by cash or credit card. Additionally, you can use GRAB to order food delivered directly to the villa on raining days, or if you're just too lazy to go out of the house.
• If your group needs to rent a larger vehicle (7, 16, or 30-seat vehicles), to do half-day or one-day, please let us know in advance, and we can get quotes from local transportation companies for you! They are usually inexpensive if you book them for a day.
