This spot is within walking distance of Milwaukee Ave., a hub of shopping, bar and restaurant highlights and is nestled above a beloved neighborhood restaurant, Eathai. This 1909 building retains beautiful historical charm as well as modernized updates for your comfort. The colorfully art-covered walls, mid-century and postmodern décor, and classic Chicago architectural details of this apartment will make you feel right at home! The serene guest bedroom features a full-size bed, closet, dresser, and a Roku TV. The two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment, so you will have privacy throughout your stay. In summer months, you may control the temperature of your bedroom with a window-unit AC. The spacious kitchen is fully outfitted with a microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven, and all the cookware and bakeware you may need. Enjoy your coffee in the living room and in the evenings watch the sunsets through the west-facing windows in the living room and guest bedroom.

WOW, what a great experience that exceeded expectations. Tyler is a wonderful thoughtful host and it truly is a privilege to stay in his home. Whether you are a fellow creative, an arts appreciator, or simply looking for an authentic facet in experiencing Chicago in a more meaningful way, this is the place. He cares about every guest and has gone above and beyond with many details.. Tyler is friendly, but he also gives his guests plenty of space to go on about their own activities. The location is also very convenient since it’s a five minute walk to the CTA Bue Line going between O’Hare and downtown. Even the locals say this neighborhood is among their favorites because of the vibe. I won’t be surprised that Tyler’s listing will be highly sought after in the near future. Don’t hesitate! I’m not kidding about booking ahead.
I had a great time at Tyler's apartment. The apartment is so beautiful and exactly as pictured, and he even told me the stories behind each piece of furniture, which I thought was so interesting. He also gave me local recommendations for things to do in the city. Tyler was very friendly and relaxed, and overall my stay was fantastic! I'll definitely stay with Tyler again when I visit Chicago in the future!
