It is close to the most beautiful beaches on the southwest coast of the island such as Buye Beach, El Combate and Boqueron! Just minutes away from downtown Cabo Rojo. Perfect for a quick getaway to explore the loveliest parts of the island! Just a two minute walk from Puerto Real Marina! This one bedroom spacious apartment boasts a queen size bed in the one bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room to accommodate a total of 4 guests. We provide sheets and towels for your stay! There is a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The small kitchen is equipped with the basics that you will need for your stay such as an electric range, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, plates, utensils and pots. Enjoy your meals in the dining area on a table for four. And yes, the entire apartment is air-conditioned! This is a lively fishing town by the bay in Puerto Real, Cabo Rojo! You will be immersed in a community of locals that enjoy their community. You are sure to hear traffic, dogs, roosters and people at all hours! If you are a light sleeper, this will NOT be a good fit for you! If you want the convenience of walking to restaurants and bars and having a good time, this is definitely for you! Quiet hours do not apply here! Being that our location is so close to the best beaches on the island, we hope that you will be able to enjoy them all. With that said, we do have a washer/dryer unit inside the apartment that you are welcome to use with care. There is also a small utility sink located directly behind the washer/dryer. We simply ask that you please rinse out ALL the sand from your articles of clothing PRIOR to putting them in the washer or dryer!!! Loading articles into the machines with sand in them will ruin the machines! If we find sand in the machines, an additional fee will be charged. Sand also clogs the shower drain!! We know that it is inevitable that sand will make its way into the shower. We just ask that you please try to sweep out as much of it as you can. We provide a dustpan and brush for this purpose.
