Our family friendly Canyon Lake vacation home is the perfect spot for your family or friends vacation. This cozy retreat is conveniently located on the north side of the lake just moments away from the most popular local attractions & areas of interest! Surrounded by trees & located on a quiet street you're family will feel safe in our single story ranch style home with no stairs. Your comfort is our priority and we have spared no expense to make your vacation nothing short of amazing. We've spared no expense to make sure your vacation as relaxing and memorable and possible. WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP: Your Master Bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a comfortable KING bed and luxury linens. There is an oversized walk in closet and a luggage rack for your use. The master has a secure exterior door to the backyard covered patio and fire pit. The Master bedroom has a large en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and double vanity. We provide some toiletries for your use as well as a hairdryer. Bedroom 2: This beautiful space has QUEEN Bed, luxury linens and Roku TV for your enjoyment. There are extra pillows and a luggage rack for your use we well. Bathroom 2: There is a stocked full size bathroom between these two rooms with a Tub/Shower combo with rainfall shower head. Bedroom 3: Comfortably sleeps 3 and perfect for the singles or kids in your group. This room has a twin on top/full on bottom bunk bed as well as a twin day bed. In this space you will find a few toys for the little's. LIVING SPACE: You won't run out of seating in our open concept living/dining space for 8 plus 2 bar stools. Make yourself at home in our well equipped kitchen w/ cooking basics to include a coffee maker, blender, Crockpot, dishware & flatware, garbage disposal, microwave, and toaster. Trashbags and some dish soap also available. Relax in front of the TV and cozy up with the throw blankets. Play some board games or sip some wine on our comfy couch. For larger groups that couch turns into a QUEEN sized sleeper. LAUNDRY: We have a full sized Washer & Dryer for your use and we provide a few pods as well. In this space you will also find an iron and ironing board. GAME ROOM: We've turned the garage into a fun place to play. In this space you'll find a Ping Pong table, Foosball table and Basketball arcade game! DOG FRIENDLY: Our home is dog friendly w/ $100 fee (+ Airbnb fees and taxes, if applicable) 2 Dogs max and Dogs only *For your four legged family members we provide clean dog bowls and a couple of leashes. Pets are more than welcome however we ask you to please clean up after your pets, bags are provided for your use. For your dogs safety please keep them on a leash at all times while taking a walk. OUTDOOR LIVING: Our large backyard w/ 6' privacy fence is perfect for your peace and will provide a tranquil space to unwind. Enjoy the covered patio, outdoor couches & dining area. We also provide a drink cooler and BBQ grill. Toast S'mores over the wood fire pit as you make memories with your favorite people. SECURITY: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. 1 camera is located on the front door facing the front entryway, and 1 camera is on the back door facing the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound when activated by motion. QUIET HOURS: Per city ordinance, quite hours are 11PM - 8AM PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles) GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have access to the entire property via key less entry 📍 Conveniently located between Austin and San Antonio not far from New Braunfels and Gruene or rental offers easy commutes to most popular wedding venues as well as just a short drive to Canyon Lake, Whitewater Amphitheater and the Guadalupe River.
