Welcome to a superb, two-bedroom apartment featuring a sun-filled open terrace overlooking Cismigiu Gardens and the famous Palace of Parliament. Morning coffee and evening sunsets don’t get better than this. The modern decor includes mid-century design icons like the Eames’ Hang it All coatrack or Verner Panton’s Flowerpot pendant. Marble, natural stone, wooden floor and warm color tones create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, complementing the outside natural scenery. This 2024 renovated flat can accommodate up to 6 people and features a spacious living room with open space, fully equipped kitchen, and extendable sofa, two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and comfortable mattresses, and two bathrooms with showers. The terrace is accessible from both the living room and one of the bedrooms. Located in the heart of the city yet secluded from noise and traffic, the property offers easy access to main cultural and tourist attractions such as the Old Town, Palace of Parliament, Calea Victoriei, Revolution Square, the National Museum of Art, and the Atheneum. Numerous restaurants and hip coffee shops are within a 2-minute walk.

We had a fantastic time at Alex's apartment! Everything was brand new and of excellent quality. We enjoyed a perfect night's sleep, the beds and the sofa in the living room are super comfortable. The highlight was definitely the dinner we had on the terrace - the view was absolutely stunning! We almost decided to skip going out! 😊 Thank you, Alex, for everything.
Wonderful and brand new apartment; very comfortable beds, with spacious rooms and modern bathrooms. The terrace is also stunning, with a wonderful view towards Cismigiu Garden and the House of Parliament. The check-in was very smooth and Alex provided a lot of useful recommendations about Bucharest.
My family and I had a wonderful time in Bucharest and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay at the heart of Bucharest. There is a lot to do, tons of restaurants to try, and a lot of places to see. The airbnb is centrally located but very quiet. The beds are amazing and the view is spectacular. It has anything you might need during your stay. Alex made us feel right at home, gave a lot of tips and hint about the city. A real gem!
Had a lovely stay at Alexandru’s place. The apartament located centrally and has all the amenities needed for a premium stay. If you enjoy beautifully decorated places, this is ideal for you. Moreover the terrace has breathtaking views! The check in and check out was smooth, Alex was a great host, and helped with some great recommendations for places to go and eat. Will definitely book again :)
Loved my stay here, it’s a beautiful apartment next to one of the best parks in Bucharest, Cismigiu. Super comfortable and new, close to any central spot you wish to get to and decorated with lots of taste. The magnificent terrace is a holiday in itself :) hope to be back!

Parking may be challenging at times, but follow my advice and you'll find a spot in no time.
The closet parking is behind the building, at Piata Walter Maracineanu.
Another option is the parking at The Palace Hall.
The price is 5 to 6 RON per hour and 30 to 35 RON per day, depending on the means of payment. Links for the payment apps are below:

AmParcat - Unofficial app (but works better) on amparcat dot ro
DO NOT park without paying, as fines can be issued very quickly by camera cars that scan the parked cars!
Paid underground parking: Inter Parking is a very convenient location, in the underground near the National Theater and the Grand Bucharest Hotel, less than 5 minutes by walking from the apartment. Using their preferred app, it costs only 30 RON per day (download the app from the QR code in the parking lot).
Also an another way would be to park the car in the underground parking lot at Piata Universitatii. The entrance is made through Academiei street. The price is 5/hour but no more than 40 Lei/24hours.
