We had such a great stay! The sunrises are beautiful, you’re able to watch dolphins from the porch and just be at peace. A couple tips, because I’m an over planner and love when people give advice since each Airbnb is different. 1. The front of the complex is pretty much “in the water” due to the erosion of the beach. You can’t be on the beach right in front of the building but there is a public access just a couple houses down. It was very convenient and due to it not having a parking lot, it wasn’t an overpopulated part of the beach. Do not let this stop you from booking! 2. The listing states enough paper products to get you started. This means not even a full roll of toilet paper or paper towel. Just recommend throwing a couple rolls in when you pack. 3. Condo is very well equipped in the kitchen and they have beach chairs on the porch for you to utilize. 4. Highly recommend Splash by the Sea and Topsail Steamers! 5. Alan was very nice and it was a seamless visit!

This condo is by far one of the nicest I have stayed in. I usually travel to California from Vegas for the beach and always get a place right on the water for my children and myself. This place is hands down nicer then any other place I have stayed in. The beach is right there and easy to access. The view is incredible. It was immaculate and clean. It has everything you need and more. The sound of the ocean put us all right to sleep. I am already trying to find flights to come back. Alan was amazing and responsive. Highly recommend. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could.
