Most parks/attractions are less than 20 minutes away. City of Strathroy is 25 min and a major city would be London which is 40 min away.
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with only a few houses, surrounded by peace and quiet. There is one local trail to the right of the house but not meant for motorized vehicles but great for walks and often used by locals.
Plenty of parking in Driveway and as for Grand bend beach tourist area it gets extremely busy so it would be best to carpool and leave early. It is pay and display parking on the road and with a few parking lots.
There is a new bus route that goes to the Grand Bend Sobeys Plaza from Parkhill, and in the opposite way goes to Strathroy.
