Our lovely one bedroom unit is located in the 25th floor of One Uptown Residence. Zen and calming interiors make this a perfect home away from home within the heart of bustling Bonifacio Global City. This residential tower has direct underground access to Uptown Mall making groceries and restaurants all the more accessible! It is also right across Mitsukoshi Mall and right beside Grand Hyatt Hotel! Our cozy and calming home is good to sleep 2 to 4 people; perfect for a night in with friends, business trip or a getaway within the City! Check-In Time: 3PM Check-Out Time: 11AM Location: One Uptown Residence, 8th corner 36th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City *Just beside Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall and Grand Hyatt Hotel!* We require the submission of any government ID upon booking, this is to ensure that we endorse the proper names to the building management. Feel free to censor sensitive information but do not book if you aren't comfortable providing. PARKING: It is NOT included but the building has pay parking within the premises. EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT: While we will do our best to accommodate such requests, it is not guaranteed and will be dependent on our schedule on your date. CONNECTIVITY: Our home enjoys an internet speed of up to 200mbps! KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with the following for your use and consumption: - 2-Burner electric cooktop - Microwave oven - Kettle - Rice Cooker - Large refrigerator - Dishwashing liquid & sponge - Kitchenware (pots, pans, knives, ladle, etc.) - Dinnerware (plates, bowls, cutleries & serving bowls) - Mugs, drinking glasses and wine glasses - French press - Ground coffee beans, cream and sugar (free for our guests!) - Philips Water Purifier (to make drinking from the tap safe and clean) - Salt & pepper for cooking LIVING & DINING: Our dining area has a two seater table but we've provided stools for additional diners. For bookings for 4 people, we set up a floor mattress by the sofa. There is also a 32" TV with a Mi Stick - this has HBO Go & Netflix as well. The mount can be swiveled easily to help it face other angles in the space. BATHROOM: The shower is equipped with a multi-point heater that's great for warm baths. Shampoo, bodywash, toilet paper and towels have also been provided for your use. We provide 1 towel per guest. Hair dryer is provided but is located in the bedroom closet! BEDROOM: The bedroom has a full-sized bed (54"x75") and is the primary sleeping area, it sleeps 2 people comfortably. OTHERS: Iron and ironing board are provided and can be found in the bedroom closet. A washing machine is provided in the bathroom if you choose to wash your own clothes, we've provide 3 detergent pods for your use. Alternatively, there is also a laundry shop available at the Uptown Link. Pool use is FREE for the first 3 guests, a fee of 500 / head applies to guests exceeding this number. No gym access. We do not offer luggage storing. Parking is NOT included. Loud parties are NOT allowed.
