The ground floor of the villa has two entrances. One at the side of the pool and the main entrance at the other side of the house, close to the parking area. The main entrance enters the living room with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa bed. The next room is the kitchen, spacious and fully equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and 4-pit cooker). At the end there is a small hallway with the bathroom (with shower) and left is the double bedroom. You have access to the pool from this bedroom. The first floor of this recently built villa has an outside staircase. The setup is very similar to the ground floor (the living room and kitchen are identical). This floor however has 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower) and 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one single). In one of the double bedrooms, two extra single beds can be added.
