Sandra's place was perfect for our weekend away. It had everything we needed and you really can't beat the central location right in the heart of Keswick, we'll be back soon for sure!

This property was perfect for us - right in the centre of town, close to everything but still very quiet, modern kitchen and bathroom with all the facilities, good shower, comfy living room, good size bed, parking and more. Lots of excellent walks around Keswick, Derwentwater and onto the nearby fells without needing to drive everywhere. Good selection of restaurants (I would recommend Casa Bella, Lake Road Brunch and Bar eS in particular). Sandra was an excellent host who maintains high standards, very responsive.

The description said quirky and it was certainly that but suited our needs perfectly. It was fab to be able to park up and leave the car with plenty of walking/riding available around Derwentwater from the doorstep. Right on the edge of town so plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to enjoy too. The boot room was ideal to store the bike and boots with plenty of space on the other floors. It may be the navigator (or driver interpreting the navigator) but the directions didn't quite work for us but once we saw the sign for the Alhambra Cinema we just followed that and found the archway easily enough. Sandra was great with the comms and we had a lovely stay.

Our second stay here so that’s all you really need to know! A great accommodation in a perfect location. Flexibility with check in and nice welcome gifts are always appreciated. Comfy beds, the luxury of a parking space and a cosy feel are all added bonuses. We will definitely be back again.
