On the edge of the residential village of Gurmels. On the main road between Düdingen and the charming town of Murten. A 2 minute walk to the forest for a refreshing walk or an invigorating jog, or a nice time at the public BBQ area.
The residence is very well connected, both by car and public transport (bus stop in front of the residence); Murten is 10 minutes away, Bern and Fribourg are 20 minutes away; the ski stations of Schwarzsee and La Berra are a 40 minute drive by car. Other cities and sights are easily reachable by car or public transportation.
There are 2 underground parking spots for each apartment, plus 2 visitor parking spots at the entrance level.
