A gentle space to relax, unwind, and escape the daily grind. Our special self-contained guest house is named 'The Nest' for a good reason. Small, cosy, and a place to feel like you can truly 'switch off'. Please note for this reason, there is no TV. The space is perfect for a couple, or a solo traveller. We also welcome small children if you're all happy to snuggle up in the King bed! We welcome pets, please just give us the heads up. Time to slow down. We can't wait to welcome you. In the Nest you will find a King bed, and a small 2 seater couch for reading and relaxing. A small front verandah that looks out onto the garden, where you can watch all the birds (we get so many here!) There is a kitchenette with a coffee machine, electric frypan, kettle, toaster, microwave, and a grill cooker out on the back deck. *Please note there is no gas hobs or burners. There is a bathroom with a shower, we are on rain water- we kindly ask that you please be mindful in these hot summer months. The property is secure with gates, so it's safe to let your dog wander around if desired. We also have a beautiful, welcoming female kelpie dog, and a placid 3 legged cat that gets around the property (who live in the main house), and you may see them from time to time. We feel it's important to note that here, as not all dogs/ owners will feel happy about this.
