The rating is 5 stars for the host Wouter and 3.5 stars for the originally listed place. The place is centrally located, with city center a 15 minute walk. But it's an old place with age showing and some quirks. Biggest issue for us were toilet in kitchen without a sink and sink in bathroom with a steep flight of stairs. This made it challenging for our young daughter to navigate to especially at night. But Wouter was extremely helpful. He let us move into a different apartment of his which was perfect. He was very responsive, considerate and helpful all throughout. Will definitely rent from Wouter again!

Great location, close to city center, but yet in a quiet street. Excellent communication with host, early check in was allowed, which was great. The apartment was a described, very spacious, and the beds were really comfortable. Some areas could have been cleaner, but overall the place was awesome and we enjoyed our time there. I would stay here again when back in Leuven.

Pasamos unos días estupendos. La casa es confortable y está bien comunicada. Wouter es un buen anfitrión y nos dio toda clase de facilidades.
