I hardly give bad reviews on airbnb, I am a very minimalist person and don’t require a ton to give good reviews. 1. A couch, is not considered a bed. I assumed it would be a pull out couch or something but don’t put 3 beds when you don’t have three beds. The beds were extremely hard by the way. 2. The location was extremely far, it was a 30-45 minute bus ride to the “main areas” in rome. Much longer than the description made it seem “10 minutes away”. 3. The bedsheets and stuff were folded on the bed, and we were told to “assemble it” because they didnt know if wed be using one or two beds, so they did not put it on any. (After several days of straight traveling, its super hard). 4. There were 2 towels for 4 days 3 nights, no extra hand towels or anything like that. Was extremely tough to manage. The main pro I would say is it is spacious, but overall I personally would not rebook.

Giovanni's place is very cosy and clean. The only inconvenience were small shower towels. We couldn't reach the place the first day, then I wanted to make a later checkout (2 hours late), but he didn't answer in time. It is a bit far from the city center, but there are several options of public transportation in the neighborhood.

Giovnni is very nice. He helped us with storage our luggage. In the appartment there is a lot of space, wifi is working good. You can use espresso machine. The equipment in the kitchen is very basic there was no cutting board, frying pan and the pots were in bad condition. If you want to use the kettle you have to remove the plug - it was a bit anoying and inside the kettle there was some residuum. And the rollers shade didn't work but Giovanni didn't know about it. In general we had impression that it is clean appartment but for example under the bed was a lot of dust. If you have flight form Fiumicino Aiport you will have direct train. Mostly we were sleeping in this appartment so it was enough but if you want to stay there longer it would be somehow uncomfortable.
