Riverside Heights is a picturesque neighborhood. The home is also near the urban core of the city, so on your drive to the property you’ll notice some walking traffic including unhoused folks in the area, due to the bus routes nearby. There are no safety concerns in this neighborhood.
Guests not bringing a vehicle will appreciate a walking-distance CVS & gas station, with other convenience stores & even a local brewery, if you go just a bit further! There's a tremendous amount of development in the area between this neighborhood & university of Tampa, including the amazing Armature Works.
You’ll have nearby interstate access but you can’t see or hear any of the traffic from the house.

Ideal for anyone headed to a football or baseball game, the zoo, major medical, Armature Works, even the Aquarium/downtown - it’s a quick easy drive just about anywhere. Ride shares usually arrive within minutes. If you want to try a craft brewery or certain type of restaurant, please ask us for recommendations!
