The design of Karl’s place is chic as shown on photos. Check in and check out instructions were clear. The cleanliness of the bedroom and bedding was not very good, other than that it was a cozy getaway place in Chattanooga!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Karl’s place! It was a young, hip vibe; home decor cool/trendy. So close to EVERYTHING! The river walk and Boathouse restaurant so close too! It was a perfect place for us to stay during the UTC graduation weekend. 🙌🏽❤️

Pros: Location/Instructions - Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Had no problems finding it. Easy to get in and out. Cons: Cleanliness - Host lives here when it’s not booked which wouldn’t have been a problem BUT the microwave was extremely dirty along with the floors. There was trash in the trash cans, hair on the bed sheets, and a sock under one of the pillows on the bed. Made for an extremely disappointing stay especially since we were exhausted from a full day of traveling. We didn’t even sleep in the bed, we slept on the couch. Accessibility - This apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. This wasn’t an issue for us, but could potentially be a concern for others. Noise - Out of host’s control, but some neighbors began playing music loudly around 10 pm which lasted into the early morning. Adult Content - Beware if booking with underage kids as there are books of adult content that are easily accessible.

Easy, nice spot. Personal items in the place not locked up and definitely feels like you’re in a man’s house!
