We had a great stay here! We loved our trip to the Big Island. The check in process was easy and the place was as described. It was a convenient drive to several parts of the island and was a peaceful area to stay.
Our stay was simply amazing and we would highly recommend this spot to anyone. Very spacious and clean, and truly has everything you need. The hosts were very quick and responsive to any questions we had. All around great time and beautiful area.
We had an amazing stay (3 adults, 4 kids ages 4-9). Alexey and Ekaterina really thought of everything for everyone! The kids enjoyed games indoors and all the pool toys, floaties etc. I went for a nice bike ride around Waikoloa - great place to bike and the bikes were perfect! The kitchen was amazingly organized (cabinets are labeled) and had everything we needed including oil, vinegar, spices. As a coffee “snob”, I appreciated the option for Nespresso (plus milk frother) or brewed coffee + decaf. They also left a basket of treats for the guests 🥰 The house has a beautiful layout. The bedrooms are quiet and the sound doesn’t carry from downstairs - it was a big deal for me and my daughter on CA time, going to bed at 8, while others hung out downstairs. For music lovers - that guitar has a nice sound and is in tune :) nice perk (though I hid it from the kids and did not play) 😅 but it was nice to know it’s there. We will certainly come back! Great location and perfect set-up for our family of 5. Easy to get to everything and walking distance to the pools. Would definitely return!

Two pools and a tennis court all within a short walk. If you are interesting in golf there are multiple golf courses not too far away from the unit, easy to get to with and without a car. The closest beach is about 20 minutes away by foot and around 5 minutes on car so enjoying a nice beach day will be not too far away. If you want to go shopping the Queen's Marketplace and King's Shops Shopping Centers are a 20 minute walk, 5 minute drive, away from the unit.
