Stepping into the property, you will find the stylish and contemporary kitchen, which comes fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Sit and enjoy your meals at the dining table, offering seating for six guests. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find the inviting sitting room, furnished with two comfortable sofas and an armchair. With a lovely open fire and floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy the spectacular sea views in complete comfort. Completing the ground floor is a practical shower room, featuring a walk-in shower, wash basin, WC, and the added luxury of underfloor heating. The cottage comprises three beautifully furnished bedrooms. Start your day with stunning sea views from the indulgence of a king-size bed in bedroom one. The second bedroom is equipped with twin single beds that can be arranged as a super-king bed upon request, while the third bedroom features twin single beds and offers more picturesque views. A generously sized family bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead shower, a wash basin, and a WC. Outside is a lovely garden, complete with a decked area that provides comfortable outdoor seating options and a barbecue at your disposal. You can relish in delightful al fresco dining or simply relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings. The iconic Port Isaac harbour is only a short walk away. The narrow alleyways are filled with independent shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as a Cooperative grocery store. At the top of the village is ‘Fresh from the Sea' where you can enjoy local lobster and a glass of wine in their pretty courtyard. 3 Overcliff really is the perfect base from which to explore the north Cornish coastline. Port Isaac is a historic fishing village situated on the North Cornwall coastline with lovely fisherman's cottages and narrow streets, the most famous being "Squeezy Belly Alley", said to be the narrowest street in the world!
Made famous by its alter-ego ‘Port Wenn' in the television series ‘Doc Martin'. Visitors can take part in a tour which enjoys all the landmarks from the show. You can even ascend the lovely flower-lined hill path up to the Doctor's Surgery and take in the breath-taking views overlooking the crystal-clear waters below.
