Stepping into the property, you will find the stylish and contemporary kitchen, which comes fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Sit and enjoy your meals at the dining table, offering seating for six guests. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find the inviting sitting room, furnished with two comfortable sofas and an armchair. With a lovely open fire and floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy the spectacular sea views in complete comfort. Completing the ground floor is a practical shower room, featuring a walk-in shower, wash basin, WC, and the added luxury of underfloor heating. The cottage comprises three beautifully furnished bedrooms. Start your day with stunning sea views from the indulgence of a king-size bed in bedroom one. The second bedroom is equipped with twin single beds that can be arranged as a super-king bed upon request, while the third bedroom features twin single beds and offers more picturesque views. A generously sized family bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead shower, a wash basin, and a WC. Outside is a lovely garden, complete with a decked area that provides comfortable outdoor seating options and a barbecue at your disposal.
