Beautiful place and closed to everything, the house is clean and spacious, good size for Family and freinds gateway. Will definitely comeback here.😊😊😊
Whilst the home was well positioned and within walking distance to town, the house had a very noticeable damp mould smell particularly downstairs, to the point it was intolerable and I had to buy a plug in fragrance diffuser to cover the smell. This is largely due to the downstairs area being below ground level, however I would suggest that the carpets need a deep clean and some permanent ventilation installed. The entire interior and exterior need a detailed clean, particularly the window tracks which are covered in bugs and bathrooms had a substantial amount of mould in the shower areas. The main bedroom had a blood stained doona insert and there were cobwebs and bugs in almost every corner of all ceilings. The kitchen was well appointed, but the equipment and cupboards/drawers were greasy and dirty. Overall the entire home needs a very deep clean rather than a surface clean at the end of a booking. I’m sure the owners would be disappointed with the lack of cleanliness.

Beautiful place in a perfect location. Everything was clean and tidy and look exactly the same as the pictures. I would love to stay here again if I had the chance and would recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit the bay. Thanks for letting me and acouple friends enjoy your beautiful home
Location was great however, the house was not as clean as expected. It made our stay short. Wish the house was cleaner!

Batemans Bay is a four-hour drive from Sydney and two hours from Canberra.
Getting around is easy but it is best to travel with a car around.
