This place is spotless, the area is quiet even with the pool just across the street. Little convenience store a couple blocks away. Amazing communication. Beds are comfy and clean! All around excellent place to stay!

Perfect! The condo was even better in person than the pictures. Super quiet, very nicely appointed condo, super clean, great view of the pool. I walked the neighborhood twice, everyone out walking was very friendly, felt very safe the entire time I was there. Barely over 1 mile to Ole Miss and the square. I will be back for sure, and soon!

Rowandale is a lovely condo community, conveniently located to the Oxford Square, University of Mississippi Campus, and M-Trade Park.
Enjoy the view from the covered patio on a beautiful summer day or bring a blanket and have a picnic on the large grassy areas. This community also offers well kept sidewalks for taking a walk or going for a jog.
Conveniently located 1.4 miles from the Oxford Square and 2 miles from the University of Mississippi. For convenience, parking is free and located directly behind the condo. Oxford University Transit (O.U.T.) provides free transportation to the Oxford Square and the University campus. The Red Line North route runs every 30 minutes with a transit stop just feet away from the condo. Visit the O.U.T app or website for up to date route schedule.
