5 stars for the house, 3 stars for management. The house definitely looks better in photos. Dylan's communication was mostly automated. He ignored early check-in requests and was unreachable when we arrived early. I reported TV audio issues, but he never came to check. Got a checkout reminder 30 minutes later. Book this place, but only if you're prepared to enjoy it without needing to contact Dylan.

Such a nice place. Absolutely huge! We'd love to stay again with more people and make it even better value. The hot tub was a real plus - so nice to sit in and watch the nature (woodpeckers, rabbits, even a coyote).

Our family had plenty of space and the home had everything we needed. The views are stunning in the spring. Spent our days by the pool and our nights in the game room. Perfect weekend getaway to unwind.

Originally, my group and I were supposed to stay at one of Dylan's other listings in Mariposa. However, due to some slight complications, the listing was not ready for my group at the designated time. Dylan was very responsive and updated me in a timely manner about the situation, and upgraded our stay to a nearby, nicer listing he had available. All while thanking us for our understanding and willingness to cooperate with him. Dylan was an overall great host and makes it very clear he cares about his guests. The house itself was wonderful and can very comfortably house ten guests. The hot tub/spa was clean and spacious. The overall surrounding area was beautiful and private; the deck surrounding the house was also a great place to look at the stars at night. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone with a large group of people. The inside of the house appeared to be very kid-friendly as well, filled with lots of childrens books and games. My group had a wonderful time here.
