Cheryl’s place was private and spacious for my visit. It is perfect for a short or long trip. The antique furniture and decor create a cozy feel.

I was looking for a place to stay that I would feel comfortable leaving my soon to be freshman at Kent State who was coming to college 10 days early for soccer. Cheryl's place was perfect - it is walkable (if you want to) to the Kent State campus in a little over ten minutes, has a good grocery store right on the corner as well as quick driving to downtown Kent and restaurants. My daughter and I walked the neighborhood every night, enjoying the green mature trees. It is in a quiet location and very safe. The apartment was clean. The futon in the living area was comfortable enough for me to sleep on and there are plenty of things to cook on and drink with in the kitchen. The apartment is quaint but not modern if you are looking for new appliances (no dishwasher and small refrigerator) but it matches the description given EXACTLY. Check in was super easy and Cheryl was very friendly as were her two labs. This place is a bargain and I will stay here again when visiting!

We enjoyed our stay. This was a cozy apartment and Cheryl adds some special touches such as snacks and in case you may have forgotten your toiletries she provides a few of those as well. Cheryl made sure that we had her contact information and assured us that we could contact her with any questions or concerns. Also as an added bonus we met her sweet labs! I would recommend Cheryl’s place.
