Great, large home. We had 2 adults and 5 kids ages 8-18. Beds were comfortable. Having Japanese style tatami and futon room option was fun as well. Super clean. May was incredibly responsive from pre-booking to post-checkout. Home was close to train stations, convenience stores, and grocery shopping, but still in quiet neighborhood. Namba station, where ALL the fun Osaka action is at, is only a few stations away. Very convenient. May made great recommendations for dinner that could accommodate large groups. May also gave simple instructions for finding the home from Shin-Osaka station, giving us the best route depending on our arrival time. The nightly rate was very fair, especially for a large home in Osaka. Western shower and Japanese style shower/bath combo, and 3 toilets worked great for us. Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditional were all provided by May. Super helpful. The kitchen seemed well equipped, though we didn't use it as we ate out at amazing restaurants every night.

May was responsive right from the very start. She welcomed us when we arrived even if it was late. The place was clean and spotless, with spacious bedrooms and 3 baths and toliets unlike any other airbnb available in the area. It definitely looked better in person than in the photos. Located at a private residential area, walkable to the local train station with nearby convenience stores. We felt secured and at home! It made our stay in Osaka very memorable. We were allowed to check out late as our flight back was not until nighttime. Will definitely recommend to friends and stay here again given the chance. Thank you so much May, for being very accommodating!
