With elevator access, expansive decks, a gourmet kitchen, great room living & dining, the house sleeps 10 comfortably - 12 with a pull out sofa in the loft area. With 2 bedrooms & baths on each floor there's plenty of shared space and privacy too! Just 4 streets from Bird Island the new boardwalk makes for an easy walk to the beach strand. Amenities include all linens, beach & bath towels, supplies to start!

Lovely house and a great place for mixed ages family to get away to. We were the first guests and Janet was very responsive to our requests. Being the first guests there were some gaps in amenities and Janet encouraged us to make a list of missing things, and supplied us with most we needed. We loved the living space, the quick access to the beach, the generous decks and, of course, copious sunshine.
Loved our Easter Weekend getaway to Sunset Beach. Janet & Mark were very responsive hosts and helped make our stay exactly what we hoped it would be. The house was very well stocked, in terms of the kitchen, and with plenty of linens and towels. The view was stunning with the Marsh and an easy walk to the beach. I already miss it!

Located on the corner of 36th St & West Main St, the house is just across the street from the beach access - considered 2nd row. Considered the West End of the island, "Ocean Drive" is half way between the SB Fishing Pier and Bird Island.

With a 1200 acre nature reserve named Bird Island, SB is the perfect get away to relax and recharge!
