We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached. - Large Master Suite with a HUGE King Bed, attached Ensuite & Walk-in Closet! - Our house features THREE FULL washrooms. One on the main floor, one attached to the master bedroom and the other located in the hallway upstairs. - Only a 20 minute drive to Edmonton's world famous - West Edmonton Mall (WEM) and 20 minute drive to YEG Airport - Beautifully decorated space by a local Edmonton Designer with Warm-Modern & Cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance. - Easy self-check-in via. secure door keypad. - Secure attached 2 car garage & TONS of available street parking. - Our home features not one...not two... large comfortable Living rooms! Both feature lightening fast Wi-Fi on our large 55" and 50" SMART TV's which feature complimentary Netflix. What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: - The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each upstairs bedrooms for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the home fast! -Our home is BRAND NEW construction which is amazing with all new finishes and furniture. However, because it is a brand new neighborhood as well, there is a bit of construction dust outside and potential construction noise while during the week and daytime hours while the neighborhood fills out. Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 3 queen beds in the remaining 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 queen bed on the main floor. - All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

Had the pleasure of staying for a couple of lights at Katrina’s and Michael’s place. The home is beautiful, spacious, clean and comfy. Nearby short drive to lots of amenities and shopping. A great stay in the Edmonton area. Would highly recommend!
The home was easy to find and was a close driving distance to amenities and restaurants. Everything was brand new in the home and it was nicely decorated, it felt warm and welcoming. There was an issue with garbage left in the garage which the hosts got cleared out the next day. A few things to be aware of, there’s a lot of construction going on in the neighbourhood with a lot of new homes going up so don’t expect a quiet morning. There’s also a lengthy agreement to sign before checking in with an additional $750 deposit required. However, I received my deposit the same week my family checked out so there was no issue there .
We have stayed at Michael and Katrina’s listings in the past and they are always decorated exceptionally well, comfortable, and great at communicating. We would definitely stay at this listing again.
