The place was extremely clean and very well taken care of, we felt right at home, and really enjoyed how nice the property was
Marlin Cove was a beautiful place to stay. We loved how clean it was and how the hosts had lots of fun games set up to play. It has a beautiful private pool and hot tub, games, ping pong, and pac-man! It is fully fenced and there was a little side yard of grass for our dog to play in. The location is great and central. The hosts were always available and responsive. Marlin Cove will always be our first choice when going to Port A. I highly recommend this property and the hosts. Thank you for a memorable and lovely stay.

We are a family owned business that sprung from our love of real estate, and passion for hospitality, business AND the beach! In 2017, we purchased a few properties in Port Aransas and have been successful in marketing and managing them. Our friends and neighbors noticed that we were taking our properties to the next level, guests were enjoying a better experience and they quickly asked us to manage their own piece of paradise in Port Aransas. As a result, SWAY LLC TX was born! Our name SWAY derived from our purposeful marketing and management plan that allows the owner and guest to relax - your stay will be amazing as a guest, and your property will be well marketed and managed as an owner.
