My family stayed here for 10 days to attend our daughter’s christening in Paris. THE ISSUES : The elevator did not work. And neighbour said it has not worked in a long time. Yet, no one told us. Not good for any mobility issues. The check in process was a nightmare. The inner keypad is missing a button that was part of the code provided. The blind in bedroom was stuck open . The blinds in living room are on a thin temporary-like rod that kept falling down. The apt is far smaller than expected. And located in an unattractive musty 1960’s (?) building that needs updating. (Elevator for starters However, the largest issue we had was the kitchen. Turning on the oven/ kettle etc would trip the power. We contacted Cedric about this on day one and other times. But a technician never came. THE POSITIVES : The apartment is located in a very local part of the 15th. And one block from a great street that has everything : Rue Commence. Would I recommend this apartment - no

Our stay was great. We were there for work and it was a great location with all we needed. Checkin was a bit tricky to start, but we got there. There was an issue with the shower not having the right slope to drain, but the team were responsive and got someone to attend to it with a temporary fix immediately. It wasn't perfect, but better considering what they could achieve mid stay. If that was no longer and issue and the check-in was a little easier to get into the main door, I would be back in a heartbeat.

Our family (4adults, 1 child, 1 infant) recently spent 2 weeks in this apartment. It was spacious by Parisian standards, warm and very well designed to accommodate everything you would need for a great stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the kitchen had good facilities, the bathrooms were very clean and modern. The blockout blinds were great but it had very good natural light too. No street noise, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Invalides,local parks, restaurants, shops and a fantastic boulangerie just a minute away. Metro Emile Zola is a stone’s throw and others not far. Communication with Cedric ClickYourFlat was always prompt and friendly. A minor door code issue was quickly resolved. We would stay again when in Paris.

Des hôtes très réactifs les instructions pour trouver l’appartement étaient très clair Le logement est dans un état impeccable serviettes et gel douche sont à notre disposition comme à l’hôtel. Bon séjour.
