Great place for our family to gather. It’s a charming place, felt like home. Really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit. Daleville is very close if you need to pick up groceries, drug store or coffee house. But we felt like we were out in the country away from our daily lives. Nicole is quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommended.

The Barn Flat was exceptional! There was not one detail left unattended! The amenities were fantastic and the place was spotless! You felt like you had just come “home”! Nicole had every possible kitchen accessory you could think of or need for your stay. The Flat was gorgeous and the information in the binder about some of the items in the house was so interesting. The property was beautiful and so peaceful! My girls and I enjoyed the fire pit both nights and the swing was wonderful in the late afternoon as the sun was about to set. The furniture was comfortable and all the bedding was soooo cozy! Nicole’s communication was great as well! We also got to meet her father who came my in his way up the hill toward the end of the property - he stopped to check on us. There is also a fabulous “museum” in the old barn on the property that you definitely can spend time in looking around at all the old antiques! We loved everything ! 10/10

The property is ideally located just outside of Roanoke and within half an hour of popular hiking trails. The home was just as described, but even more inviting and larger than expected. As soon as you walk through the front door, you feel at home. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need while away from home. Be sure to read the binder with the history behind the items that went into the build of the home. So personal and very interesting. The online ‘guide book’ was perfect too. We went to several of the locations recommended. As most reviews state, the outside swing was a huge hit. Our weekend getaway was fun and relaxing thanks to ‘The Barn.’ The owner is great with communication.
