Rooms door locks needs maintenance, it doesn't lock, same with another toilet door lock. No one makes the bed. No pressure in overhead showers. fridge stinks. toilets are not clean. sharp edges in furniture (bed side tables and TV cabinets), it hurts. No WIFI in flat. One of Hall AC is not working. previous guests garments lying in toilets, no one bothers to clean. big parking problem for guest car Overall a bad experience for the amount we payed for..better to stay in a boutique branded hotel for the amount we payed for. We checked in late evening around 9pm but till that time also the owner didn't bother to check for irregularities in the flat. all he was bothered is for maintenance charges. highly unsatisfied after paying so much for the property..

It was a nice stay at House of Bandra. Ide for 2 or 3 small families. Great interiors and well maintained. Had a happy stay for 4 days which was amazing.
