Location and the layout of the house was perfect for our family (5 adults, 3 kids). There is a bedroom with attached bathroom downstairs, which was convenient for the elderly in our family. The garden was our favorite part where we shared family meals and enjoyed the pool. Mehmet was a wonderful host.

We had very nice holidays on Mehmet’s villa. He is so pliable and comfortable house owner. Villa has so spotless garden, with a big swimming pool. Every bed room has such a necessary condition, and the bath. Mehmet willingly helped us with all our needs and requests that we had, so we’d like to say him “Thank your so much for this wonderful service!”

We stayed 10 days end of August. The villa was really wonderful , and ideal for us (a family of 8), since it has four rooms (one down and three upstairs) with each having a bathroom. The garden is beautiful and relaxing, with a enough space to mingle or retreat according to the mood. The pool is a big plus. The kitchen is well equipped and practical - we mainly used it for breakfasts as there are many options to eat out around. The location of the house is very central and no car is needed to go to Ilica beach. If you plan to visit other beaches, the best is to take the minibus, very frequent and convenient. A small market can be reached in 1mn walk and other shops are 5-10mn away. The closest beach is perfect for children as it is well shielded from waves and has shallow water. Mehmet was very kind and responsive, and provided all the advice and help we needed throughout our stay. Cesme itself is a very lively and welcoming place, with a lot to offer.
