The place was so beautiful and easy to find! We def loved the view - especially my senior parents. It's in a private area/subdivision so it's quiet and seems safe. You can also easily book grab which is good. Everything you need is already provided - from towels to cooking equipments, though just bring condiments and make sure to buy food and drinks before going since there's no stores/supermarkets near in the area (or you can order food from grab). The host is responsive and accommodating too to all my questions! Overall, our stay was super pleasant and fun! Will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family! And we'll be coming back! :)

We booked this place about 36-48 hours beforehand and was confirmed. Given our early morning arrival due to a delayed flight, I double checked us arriving at 3AM would be alright and we were told it would be fine, and the room would be ready and accessible. Unfortunately, it wasn’t and we stayed in the lobby till 7AM when a guard arrived to see if we could get in. He said he wasn’t given clearance for that room as he normally would’ve so he couldn’t help us. My family just decided to get a hotel room next door due to exhaustion. I tried calling the emergency numbers provided all night, and I knew it would be tough given the time of day, but we got no response till around 10 AM. The place seemed really nice, and the check-in was detailed to be easy, however I think there was a miscommunication or someone’s part on our reservation. I did get a full refund in the end and appreciated their granting of that.

Me and my family had a great time over the weekend! The place exceeded our expectation! Everything was really nice and cozy! My niece and nephews really loved it there and even wanted to stay more! It was truly a home away from home! If you want to have a relaxation and to escape the city life for a few days this place is so perfect!!! Will definitely come back again!
