Relax by the sea... Enjoy your morning coffee, a lovely sunset, a nice book or be soothed to sleep by the sound of the waves. All from a lovely summer house that is only 10 meters from the beach. Perfect for couples, families with kids and solo adventurers. A beautiful maisonette first to the sea, providing guests with all the comforts of a home. When you’re done with relaxing, explore the crystal waters and the sandy beach. However you choose to spend your time, let us make you feel at home. This maisonette is the closest house to the sea in Nikiti. You could almost dive from the balcony in the sea. It's a two-storey house that comfortably accommodates up to 6 people (including kids). On the ground floor is the living room and an open plan fully equipped kitchen. You may find everything you need there for your cooking preferences, lots of kitchen appliances to assist you, table-clothes and pots, utensils, pans, bowls, plates ... For your own comfort on the ground floor there is also a small WC. Following the warm wooden steps you get on the second floor where is a bathroom with a washing machine and a shower cabin. Next to it is a fully furnished master bedroom with double bed, drawers and a wardrobe, and another bedroom with double bed and small wardrobe. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony with the astonishing view over the sea. The second bedroom is connected to the open plan mezzanine. A wooden staircase takes you up to the attic, which can easily provide extra accommodation for two people (better for kids older than 5 years old).

Tremendous beachhouse, located directly in front of the beach. House has a very nice and big garden with a teracce and a beautiful view of the sea. Tina is a great host, she contacted us in advance and gave us some tipps about the village and Restaurants during the stay. Interior as displayed on the pictures. I can definetly recommend the house and will come again.

Lovely, peaceful and relaxing stay in a beautiful location close all amenities, restaurants and bars. The view from the house gives directly on to the beach. We were here in May and imagine that it will be much busier in July/August without losing its charm.

Eine sehr schöne ruhige und jedoch zentrale Lage in Nikiti. Vieles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit Tina, vielen Dank dafür:) Wir haben den wunderschönen Meerblick genossen und den kurzen Weg zum Strand, dies ist besonders mit Kindern sehr entspannt. Strandliegen,Sonnenschirm, Sandspielsachen und Strandhandtücher waren vorhanden und wurden viel von uns benutzt. Nikiti hat eine Tolle Lage und auch die Altstadt, die auf der anderen Seite der Hauptstraße beginnt, ist einen Spaziergang wert. Von Oben hat man dann einen tollen Blick über die Stadt bis zum Meer. Freitags ist immer Markt bis 14 Uhr. Viele Supermärkte, Cafés und Tavernen. Im Sommer bieten einige Cafés neben der herkömmlichen Bougatsa auch vegane Bougatsa (süßes Frühstücksgebäck mit Zimt und Puderzucker) an, sonst kann ich die tiefgefrorene vegane Bougatsa aus den Supermärkten empfehlen:)!! Ein Muss wenn man in Nordgriechenland ist ;) Die Küche war klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet!

Great house for families!! The house was as described in the application. It was very calm and quite, with great beach few meters from the door. Location is great for beaches tours as well as going back to thessaloniki. House is well occupied, Tina is a great host, very responsive and communicative Thanks Tina!

Nikiti is consisted of two parts. The lower part close to the sea, which mainly has summer houses and maisonettes. The newly renovated pedestrian street has a lot of restaurants for fish, meat, pizza or fast food/gyros all by the seafront!
The landscape in the upper part is different and more graphic. Many houses are recently renovated keeping the traditional architecture of Halkidiki and the nice slated streets are making the place ideal for calm walks. There is also a nice bar and a restaurant.
The two parts of Nikiti are separated from the main road connecting Thessaloniki to Halkidiki. In this main road one can find big supermarkets, bakeries and many other stores and shops, including pharmacy, bank ATMs, etc.
Nikiti belongs to the second "leg" of Halkidiki called Sithonia. It is a place full of nice beaches, crystal waters and lovely landscapes.
With one of the longest beaches in the whole of Greece, you’ll be forgiven for not wanting to leave the seafront, but in addition to sandy shores and crystal blue waters, Nikiti has breathtaking walks offering scenic views. If you want to blend the two, once a year, a swimming marathon is hosted here, with a 26km swim from Kasandra, ending here at Nikiti.

There are 3 daily buses leaving from Thessaloniki to Nikiti taking less than 2 hours. The bus is also available for return to Thessaloniki.
The trip by car or taxi is about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
The flat has space for free outdoor parking.
