Pros -The apartment was very clean and has been modernized. -The bed was super comfortable. -Super convenient to shops and restaurants -Affordable and fair price comparing to other prices during the F1 race weekend. Cons -The unit block is in a terrible state, cigarette smells, constant noise, stained carpets, holes in the wall and only stairs. When I first walked into the unit block I was worried i was in the wrong place. -The apartment doesn't have any air circulation minus a very cheap pedestal fan for the bedroom. -Could not find any sheets only a duvet provided. -The fridge had left over food from others -TV doesn't have free to air and only supports streamed content you provide. Overall, this was a great price for the F1 race weekend, made it affordable compared to places that were charging 2x the price.

This apartment is a good deal price wise but keep in mind- there is no AC unit (this is advertised in the listing) but if it’s in the summer you will be feeling it. Also the shower head does fall off from time to time and hit my head. The place is the perfect size for one or two people traveling through Australia. Great location in south Yarra.
