Great stay! We stayed here during a convention at the Fort Worth convention center, and it was a very short drive away. We don’t normally stay in downtown areas when we travel so we felt a little more comfortable knowing where this was located and seeing other reviews. And the low price was what made it a deal for us. We had no complaints during our stay and everything was great. Thanks!
The shower/tub was malfunctioning. The tub filled with backlog while shower was on. So much dirt from the drain came up. Very disgusting and unsanitary; a real health hazard. There's no telling what bodily fluids, bacteria, etc. was in that scum that came into contact with my body. If I end up sick from this I will be taking legal action. Just unbelievable and horrid experience.
We booked the room on airb&b and we’re not informed that the hotel was full. Zero combination from “host”
We paid for a room, but when we arrived, we were informed there was no room available, even though we had a confirmation number. There were a lot of events that weekend, so every hotel nearby was fully booked. We had to get a room in Lake Worth. Lesson learned! Do not book this hotel until you are in the lobby!
Was not what I expected, but they stayed in communication with me to make sure that I was comfortable.
