We had an absolutely great time at this property, from the views of the lake from the porch to sitting on the dock to just relaxing inside. Really great floor plan of the house and it was very well stocked with everything we needed. The cleanliness of the house was very good. Our contact, Angela was very attentive and assisted us with anything we needed. Overall, great stay with no issues whatsoever 10/10

Home is beautiful. Lake is great. Peaceful. I hope that the home owner is not paying for the Evolve service—it just makes the tenant reach out to someone else for help. There was a large log lodged in the dock, I wanted to just alert evolve and was told to contact the contact. I am not an employee, I am a tenant, stop putting me to work. This happened multiple times, and when the AC did stop working it took more than 12hrs for evolve to respond, only to ask if I’d reached out to Amanda. Amanda was amazing and took care of our AC issue!! If not for her, I would provide a negative review completely. And not recommend this rental. She was also great at getting us an early check in. Amenities and house rules listed in too many places with differing instructions (beds/towels)—and coffeemaker vs Keurig (had to purchase a new k-cup because I read coffeemaker under amenities and ground coffee). Really just a lot of things that added up to make this not as great as possible.
