This charming 100 m² house with wifi (fiber optics) is located in Plurien and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 150 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, fireplace (wood supplied). - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed - Bedroom 3: 2 single beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, gas barbecue, tumble dryer,bicycles available (3 adults, 1 teenager and 2 children). Exterior: - A beautiful 150 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

Maison très fonctionnelle, literie confortable et le plus : pôele a bois bien agréable dans le salon. On s'y est vite senti comme chez nous ! La cuisine propose également tout ce qu'il faut en terme d'équipements et les alentours sont très calmes, parfait pour un weekend reposant !
Séjour très agréable dans une Mason de village très propre, très bien agencée avec des prestations haut de gamme , qui confèrent une véritable ambiance « vacances au bord de la mer » réussies. Le petit jardin a l’arrière de la maison est un véritable « PLUS » car très bien conçu pour vivre dehors, selon le temps.
Séjour court mais très agréable. La maison est très fonctionnel on s’y sent bien. Une barrière en haut de l’escalier serait un plus. Les habitants ont toujours été très accueillants et sympathiques. Avec un enfant en bas âge nous avons vons apprécié le calme et la proximité des belles plages et d’Erquy.
Charmante maison de village très bien rénovée. Elle est équipée de tout le confort souhaité! Localisation centrale pour visiter Erquy, cap Frehel etc...
