This house is the perfect home base for exploring the university, nearby parks, restaurants, and shops. The kitchen is furnished with a crock pot, pots, pans, coffee pot, drink making set, dishes, silverware, tupperware and so much more! Laundry is located in the kitchen as well. There is a small amount of laundry detergent pods, scent beads, and dryer sheets. There is also an iron on the shelf and an iron board (located in bedroom 1) Dining room has large table that seats 8-10 (extra chairs located in living room) *parties/dinners exceeding the registered guests need approval from property manager/host. The living room has a smart TV as well as adult and kid DVDs, a table board games and a desk. (Toys for ages 0-12 can be provided upon request) Bedroom #1 (first on the left orange blanket) QUEEN BED with 2 side tables and a small closet. Large window and ceiling fan. Bedroom #2 (second on the left, 2 beds) 2 TWIN BEDS with center table between beds, large closet with dresser inside. 2 small windows and ceiling fan. Bedroom #3 (end of house, green throw cream comforter) FULL BED with 2 side tables, closet with dresser inside. 2 windows and ceiling fan. Pack n Play available upon request. All rooms have 2 towels (one per guest in room), lamps, hangers, and a foldable luggage rack. Bathroom has 2 extra towels a hair dryer as well as some extras to make your stay more comfortable.
