The owners were so friendly and helped a lot. the house is in the north of the island. it takes 35 mins from chios centre.

Very quite and resting place in Marmaro. We rested a lot. Our house, which was built at 1894 as a vernacular Greek residential building, was very close to the central pool and restaurant area. It was very special to stay in an old traditional place.It was clean but you should lower your comfort expectations about the home. pros: THere was no climate problem, since the building has old and wide walls. The linens were all clean. cons: There is no wifi at home but there is at the central restaurant area. The bath was old and a bit uncomfortable in taking bath. We didnt care about it as well as about mosquitoes, who bited us in the first night. You should ask Maria or Diamantis for mosquito tablets, then they will supply it. Maria, mother of Diamantis was a very cute person, with little but understandable English, and with talents in her kitchen. I suggest kalamari, I do not suggest red meat choices. and finally breakfast was very rich (not free of charge).

Our stay in Agroktima was delightful. Diamantis and his family are really thoughtful and nice host and it was a pleasure to meet them. Plus the pool is really nice and beautiful !
