Our family enjoyed a long weekend at this house and it was the perfect getaway. Our kids enjoyed all the toys and play structures and back yard area. We loved the fire pit and porch swing. Amenities were excellent and very thorough. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy and communication was great.

Honestly, I couldn't have been more happy from booking, to the stay and even check out! The hosts are spectacular and so incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. We were there for the NAU graduation so we didn't venture out much but it was so nice that they provided so much information on the surrounding area for us. The property is beautiful and although there are homes around it, it's very peaceful and quiet. I absolutely loved that there was a nice play area outside for my grandson and the board games provided inside were awesome for the family to just enjoy time together. There is a bbq outside and nice seating if you are like us and just wanted to relax. The home was very clean and we really enjoyed all the notes around the house with instructions and tips! It was a short 20-ish minute drive to NAU on the interstate. If you forget anything, there is a gas station/convenience store just a few minutes down the road.....ask me how I know? ha ha! We had a lovely stay at Alex’s house! The house was in a very private area, and we really enjoyed the night, as well as our morning while there. The house was very spacious and provided everything you can think of, and then some more. The living room was especially large and we were all able to relax after a super tiring day there. There were notes posted around the house with various instructions, recommendations and helpful information, and we particularly enjoyed going around the house and finding different notes posted on the walls, doors, kitchen cabinets etc. It was very clear that Alex goes above and beyond to provide his guests with an enjoyable stay and best experience possible, and we very much appreciated it. We would definitely be back in case we are in the area again, but this time round we’d have to stay for longer than just 1 night at this cozy place.

Highly recommend this place. Well maintained and clean place. Has a ton of stuff to keep the kids entertained. Ideal for a small family.
