Supermarkets such as Woolies, Coles, Aldi and IGA are all within walking distance of about 10-20 minutes, with a convenience store stocking the essentials located just behind the building.
We highly recommend walking down to Felons where there is music, sports TV's, open-air dining, and is situated right by a ferry terminal incase you want to pop across to the other side of the river or take a short trip down to SouthBank where you will find a man-made beach, plenty more dining options and the Wheel of Brisbane where you can take in our beautiful city from 60 meters in the sky!
*Full disclosure: our central location within the Fortitude Valley Special Entertainment Precinct means that there is the potential for some noise from nearby venues over Friday and Saturday nights. Venues have a special permit and licensing requirements such as decibel volume limits. For the most part, our building resides in harmony among the music venues, however, please be aware that street ambiance and some noise is to be expected - we do our best to be as transparent as possible for our guests to be able to book a stay that is based on what is most important for their enjoyment, so this is why we want to be upfront about the potential for some weekend noise given our convenient and central location.
Bus stops are just around the corner on Ann Street, the train station is less than ten minutes walk and Ubers will arrive within 1 or 2 minutes - transportation is never an issue from our location.

Hello and welcome - I hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you in one of my 11 listings here in Fortitude Valley! My name is Coby - I am a licensed real estate agent and the owner of my small, sole trader business Apartments on Connor, which I began in May 2020. I take great pride in my business and I hold myself to the highest of standards, through personally cleaning each apartment myself and ensuring the presentation is a welcoming, inviting and special one. It’s important to me to have happy guests that feel appreciated and valued; I want my guests to enjoy their stay and I’m more than happy to go out of my way to provide a great experience. If you’re here for a special occasion I want to know about it! Our location is a top feature among guests - each listing is situated within the predominantly residential M&A building on Connor Street, within walking distance to everywhere you could hope to visit within this exciting Brisbane suburb. We are just a stone's throw away from the upmarket James Street Precinct, which offers unforgettable wining and dining experiences within renowned and quaint little cafes, restaurants, and bars; shopping havens of boutique clothing stores and a real relaxed and happy vibe from the locals and travellers that keep Fortitude Valley feeling very different from the fast-paced, city-atmosphere of the Brisbane CBD. Come and enjoy your holiday within your choice of our select, modern and very comfortable apartments that we offer for stays from 2 nights right up to several months! Unfortunately, we don’t offer permanent leasing. Car parking for one vehicle is provided free of charge - if you do require another carpark we may be able to arrange this at an extra $25 weekly charge, provided we have the availability to do so. Visitors can make use of the Secure Parking below us, where the rates for visitor parking are displayed at the entrance boom gate. We offer unlimited and free Wifi (100Mbps typical evening speeds) with a private Netflix account ready to be used! Our guests are welcome to make use of the Pool and BBQ Recreational deck on Level 3 - please let me know if you would like to use some pool towels! If you have a pet that you just can’t leave behind, don’t fret - you may be able to bring your bundle of fluffy joy with you! A select few of our apartments are 'small dog' friendly, providing some requirements are met - please ask me about these requirements if you would like to know more! I am very much a ‘dog person’ and believe in giving back to those who need it most. $2 from every guest stay is donated to Bali Animal Welfare Association to help fund the incredible work the BAWA team do, rescuing and protecting the genetically unique Bali Dog and being the saviour to all animals in need, in Bali. I sell not-for-profit jewellery by BAWA’s founder Janice Girardi which 100% of the proceeds go straight to BAWA - get in touch if you would like to see the range while you are here!
