Mack’s was the perfect spot for my partner and me to have some much-needed R&R after a tough start to our year. Every detail, from the oversized rainfall showerhead to extra fuzzy blankets in every closet, was thought of to ensure that stress melted away. During our stay, we encountered a slight issue with the oven, but Chelsey and her team were able to promptly resolve it the following day and thoughtfully provided recommendations on some scrumptious places to check out in the meantime. I truly feel that for the cost you pay per night, the value is practically unbeatable, especially when compared to hotels. I will be sure to visit again, if only to soak in the hot tub and watch the moonrise over the trees one more time.
Great, peaceful, and secluded place—perfect for relaxing
What a wonderful get away not too far from home! Our son who uses a wheelchair loved the wrap around deck and our other kids had a great time fishing and walking the dogs.
This place was amazing and had all the amenities and little details that made booking a last minute family weekend getaway super easy. This was truly a home away from home! The property is beautiful and my teenage boys spent most of the weekend on the little boat fishing, and catching, quite a bit. We love that it’s pet friendly and we’re impressed at some of the dog amenities that were provided as well! If we ever get another free weekend from sports and busy schedules, we will definitely be coming back! Thanks for sharing this gem with us!
What a great place!! Navigation was a bit off on the driveway location, just look at the actual address and it was easy to find. The home itself is beautiful and the property grounds are so peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed! We visited during off season, but we checked out the lake house and I can definitely say, this place would be so fun in the summer. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely check back for openings when we are back in the area. Thanks for hosting Chelsey and Craig!
