The place was great, but noisy, there was a high pitch everytime we let the hot water run and the train nearby was very noisy too
The location was in walkable area. There were a few restuarants and shops within blocks of the building. Luckily, there was a parking garage. The parking garage charges by the the length of time you are parked with a max of $40 for 24 hours. The instructions were provided the day of check-in and everything was electronic. You have to download an app but it was easy enough, the only issue is that you may have trouble getting service in the parking garage so you can't use the app. I would recommend taking a screenshoot of the codes for the elevator and doors. The apartment itself was very nice and clean. I stayed in #801. The bedding was immaculate. The apartment had 2 smart TVs, one in the living room and the other one of the bedrooms. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a tub and the other a stand up shower. The only minor issue is that the building is located near the subway and Marc train tracks. I would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful, pristine two bedroom in fun neighborhood! The unit was perfect for remote work in a central location with lots to do Like previous reviews, we struggled with the latch app but once the very accommodating onsite rep gave us the codes, it was simple We would definitely stay here again!

Airbnb was in a very convenient area. Place was clean and had everything you need. Check in process was seamless and all automatic. Host was very reliable and available for any questions I had. When I come to DC this is where I will be staying!!
