Place is fine, pretty much as advertised. We weren't looking for a "destination" and it's definitely not that, more of just a place to sleep in case you're doing something else; kind of feels like a Motel 6. Furnishings, etc., are all pretty drab and dated, but it's mostly clean and tidy. Just a normal working class neighborhood; seemed relatively safe. Only bizarre thing was having to contact the owner every time you want to adjust the thermostat up or down. They're very responsive, but still, it's a bit of a pain to have to ask someone every time you want to adjust the heat/cool a few degrees instead of just being able to do it yourself. All of that said, the price was right, so we have no complaints -- you get what you pay for.

We loved the space! Super cute and quaint. The backyard was amazing as well! We would recommend and definitely stay again!

Phil is a excellent host. the property was all promised and more!! location was perfect just away from the chaos but centrally located to everthing!!! I recommend this listing highly!!!
