This spacious apartment in a new apartment complex is a great choice for your stay in Vienna. You will definitely love it! The stylish and comfortable kitchen has everything you might need: fridge with a freezer, dishwasher, washing machine with a dryer, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, water heater, Nespresso coffee machine ( incl. Coffe capsules) as well all kind of pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses and some other necessities like oils, spices etc. The design bathroom with a big bathtub & shower has a hairdryer, fresh bath towels and some personal care items (shampoo, shower gel etc.) The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. One large double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) with a wardrobe with coat hangers and drawers in the sleeping room and a comfortable sofa bed (1.60m x 2.00m) in the living room. Perfect for families, couples & friends! Fast internet connection with wifi throughout and a 4K SmartTV for your Netflix or prime account and various apps for you to use. We have gone to provide everything you will need for your stay. No Partys! Please keep the night rest at from 22:00 p.m. to 7:00

Liebe Dagmar, vielen Dank! Die Wohnung ist unglaublich. Ich war bereits in einer Wohnung von euch und meine Erwartungen wurden wieder mal übertroffen. Ganz neu, wunderschön stilvoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber und ordentlich. Noch schöner als auf den Bildern, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben eine ganz tolle Zeit in Wien verbracht. Perfekte Lage zum Flughafen wie auch zur Innenstadt. Die U-Bahn ist ca. 7 Minuten entfernt, dann 3 Stationen ins Zentrum. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt in der Anlage sowie ein kleines Café und ein tolles Sushi Lokal. Sehr empfehlenswert es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

The apartment is located directly on the Danube River and close to the Vienna Prater.
The "Rochusmarkt" with its numerous bars and restaurants and fresh fruit and vegetables as well the "Hundertwasserhaus" are nearby.
The location of the apartment is very convenient. You will find a large supermarket (Billa) only 200m away from the apartment. Also there is a nice café and a great Sushi restaurant in the yard of the apartment complex.
Another supermarket is a few meters away (Hofer/Aldi) also a drugstore and in-between there is as gas station (BP) with a 24/7 supermarket.
Very convenient for late-night cravings and anything you might need later in the day.
Charging station for electric vehicles 300 meters away (Haidingergasse 16)
Closest Public Transportation:
Metro: U3 The apartment is 7 minutes walking distance from the Metro Station "Kardinal Nagl Platz" U3 which will take you in 4 stops to the City Center (Stephansplatz)
Bus: 4A - Löwengasse
Tram: 1 - Löwengasse
From the AIRPORT:
ByTaxi/Uber: it's roughly a 15 minute ride (depending on the traffic)
and costs around 35€
By Train: the City Airport Train (CAT) takes you in 16 minutes to "Wien Mitte".
From there it is only two stops with the orange metro line (U3) to
"Kardinal-Nagel-Platz"
Bus: There is a bus line (Vienna Airport Lines) connecting you with "Schwedenplatz".
From there it is roughly a 20-minute trip by metro to reach the apartment.
