I spent 2 nights there and used it as a base. It has the feeling of a hotel as there are a number of rooms. I was on the top floor and there were lots of stairs. Check in is late but my room was ready when I arrived at 2pm. The area is not beautiful and near a bit of a rough area (although the house itself is in a pretty bland suburban neighborhood). There are a couple of independent restaurants nearby though and the Napales restaurant was nice in it's unique way. The house is far away enough from the main road to be relatively quiet and I didn't really see the other guests. The skylight was nice although the room itself is not for a tall person and I felt I needed to crouch. The bed and bedding were mediocre.

The room is small only for single person. Always found mouse in bed. I wasn't even sleep peacefully for one day in my 10 day stay. Rats are in kitchen. Host doesn't provide any amenities and help while you stay. Host brother is rude. Always watch on you when you try to cook something in kitchen or wash clothes.
