This pleasant and cozy apartment is located in the picturesque neighborhood of Santa Cruz, which is perfect to explore the city. On foot, without the need to take a car, you can discover the main spots of the city. Just a few meters away from the apartment there are several places of interest such as the Cathedral, the Giralda Tower, the Royal Alcázar of Seville, Santa María la Blanca Church or the Indias’s Archive Building. Likewise, the area has a wide range of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy Andalusian traditional and modern gastronomy. Additionally, within walking distance from the apartment there is an underground and a tram stop available. excelente anfitrión, super bien ubicado , muy cómodo , muy recomendable
Excellent séjour, super accueil et organisation de la part de l'hôte. Seul point négatif est l'aération du restaurant en dessous des fenêtres en terme de bruit (3ème étage mais nous entendions quand même ce bruit de fond constamment). Hormis ça rien à redire, quartier central, tout à pieds, tout à proximité, je recommande.
Nos hemos alojado un fin de semana para disfrutar de la ciudad y todo lo teníamos muy a mano para poder ir caminando a todas partes. El apartamento muy cómodo para lo que lo queríamos, ya que tampoco hemos estado mucho tiempo en él. Una ubicación excelente y Rafael muy amable a la llegada y ofreciéndose a facilitarnos las recomendaciones que pudiésemos necesitar durante nuestra estancia.

Le séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé. Le lieu est parfait pour visiter tout Séville à pied. Notre hôte a même réservé pour nous le transfert jusqu'au logement. c'était absolument parfait. je recommande fortement

It is a neighborhood in the Old Town of Seville, with narrow and winding streets where you can see buildings from the 12th century, such as the Royal Alcázares or buildings as emblematic as the Cathedral, the Indias’ Archive, the Hospital de los Venerables (currently an Art gallery) and the Town Hall. In this area, there are also several important churches, such as the parish church of El Sagrario, the Church of Santa Cruz or the Church of Divino Salvador. There are also two convents worth visiting: San José del Carmen and La Encarnación. All of this accompanied by the typical colorful tiles of the city and the smell of orange blossom from the streets of Seville.
The apartment is in a perfect location to explore the city. On foot, without using a car, you will be able to discover the city of Seville by having the main areas of interest such as the Cathedral, the Giralda or the Indias’ Archive just a few steps away.
The airport is located about 11 km from the city center, and it is reachable by bus and by taxi.
A few minutes on foot from the apartment there are several public car parks, (Puerta de Jerez and Jardines de Murillo), as well as a metro and tram stop.
