This is a charming 50s cottage. Yankeetown is old Florida at its best. You are within minutes of 2 marina’s and 5 minute walk to the Blackwater Grill, a wonderful seafood restaurant. Withlacoochee Gulf preserve and Gulf Hammock wildlife area borders this town. 12 miles to Crystal River and 3 sisters springs. Just a few more miles down the road to Homosassa, The Chaz and Weeki Wachi. Silver Springs is a quick drive. outdoor activities galore! Very quiet and peaceful. Professionally cleaned. Quaint cottage in Yankeetown. 1 bedroom with queen bed and 2nd bedroom is a separate sleeping area with a queen murphy bed, that can be curtained off. Comfortable living area with wifi and smart TV. Stocked kitchen. Updated bathroom with shower. Screened lanai with seating. Fenced yard and plenty of parking for vehicles and boat and trailer. Seasonal above the ground pool with deck and lounging area. Walking distance to all nearby amenities. Outdoor shower.

Pam was amazing! Wonderful host. Great communication. Very accommodating. Will definitely be booking again in the future.
Pam's place was an all around nice place to stay while we did some work in the neighborhood. She was helpful with sharing information about the area and checking to see if we needed anything while we were there. Checking in and checking out was also very convenient.
This house is very comfortable and located in a great place if you want to explore the Withlacoochee River near the Gulf of Mexico. We enjoyed the pool, the bluebirds nesting in the box in the back yard, and the quiet and dark of the night.
I can't say enough about this adorable place. It is spotless. It's the perfect getaway. The pool and the deck area are outstanding, This house was an amazing find! I wouldn't hesitate to come back in a second and recommends anyone to stay here.
This place was wonderful to visit with our dogs. We can’t wait to go back!
